Instagram is a social media site that is more focused on presenting photos. Unlike Facebook, you cannot post statuses or word posts on Instagram unless it is accompanied by a photo. Now, this is useful for businesses that are able to create aesthetic images to show off what they are selling. This is true for restaurants, retail stores, travel agencies, etc. However, having a more visual than written form of expression, Instagram is not for all types of businesses. Some do not necessarily have good imagery to flaunt their products or services.
